CPMEC Portfolios

In response to the expanding volume of work being undertaken by the CPMEC, the Executive Committee of CPMEC has agreed to identify key portfolio areas for CPMEC to focus its attention.

The following have been identified as the key portfolios with the leader/s identified:

• International Medical Graduates - Professor Barry McGrath (VIC)

• Australian Curriculum Framework for Junior Doctors - Dr Greg Keogh (NSW)

• Increasing Clinical Training Capacity - Professor Lou Landau (WA)

• Vertical Integration- Professor Brendan Crotty (VIC)

• Medical Errors & Patient Safety - Dr Terry Brown (TAS)

• Professionalism - Dr Robin Mortimer (QLD)

• National Accreditation Framework - Dr Richard Tarala (WA) & Ms Deb Le Bhers (QLD)

• CPMEC Governance - Professor Richard Ruffin (SA) , Ms Carol Jordon (VIC) & Mr Evan Rawstron (NSW)
